The K2 Poacher Skis with Bindings is an ideal set up for freestyle skiers or all-mountain slayers looking for a fully capable twin tip ski with bindings. The Poacher is everything you would want out of a robust park and pipe ski, but it features design elements that are catered to all-mountain skiing. At its core, the Poacher features a strategically laminated mix of Aspen and Fir as well as Carbon stringers laid over the wood for additional responsiveness and snap from the ski’s flex. It doesn’t have the noodle-like flex of a lot of other park skis but rather, boasts a lot of power and energy which are beneficial for stability on big landings, getting onto high rails and jibs, and ultimately just providing the snap needed to help set big tricks in the park. A fairly symmetrical sidecut and rocker profile make this ski feel as at home going backwards as it feels going forwards. When it comes to this ski’s application outside of the park, it holds up very well in mixed terrain and varying snow conditions thanks to its width and shape. At 96- millimeters under the boot, this ski handles soft snow quite well and you won’t feel held back if you want to take a break from hot lapping the park and get into some fun natural terrain. If you are a freestyle skier or an all mountain freeskier, the K2 Poacher Skis with Bindings has all of the versatility you need.
